Our commitment to our clients
We’re making changes to strengthen our service culture. Our Commitment to You was developed in 2018 and has three broad themes: knowing people, supporting them, and working with them to achieve their goals.
After consulting with clients and client-facing staff we created posters in 11 written languages. They are available online and in all our service centres.
