Tracy Voice – Acting Deputy Chief Executive, Transformation
Role and responsibilities
Tracy leads the team responsible for designing and implementing Te Pae Tawhiti – our multi-year programme to transform how we serve New Zealanders. The group also leads the business processes that support MSD to manage change and enables our people and partner agencies with effective technology to make sure New Zealanders can access the support they need.
Background
Tracy joined MSD in July 2021 as their Group General Manager of Improvements, Systems and Technology. Before coming to MSD, Tracy was the Chief Digital Officer at the Greater Wellington District Health Boards (Capital and Coast, Hutt Valley and Wairarapa) for two years where she was able to create a digital strategy, and a digital workplace within the Greater Wellington Hospitals. Tracy also led the digital COVID response for the Greater Wellington Region and was the Deputy Chair for the National Health CIO Forum. Tracy has been in senior digital roles for over 30 years across the public sector.
In her spare time you can find Tracy on her lavender farm, talking to the public and conducting tours and supporting her husband as a crew member for their drag car during the drag racing season.
