Personalised - Deliver personalised and proactive insights specific to the unique needs and circumstances of people, their whānau and communities
Quality - Our information and insights have the level of quality needed to support good decisions
Te mana kaha o te whānau - Information, data and analytics support whānau to be safe, strong and independent
Transparency, control & choice - People and their whānau have transparency, control and choice over their information
Responsible use - Information is treated as taonga - we use it fairly and with respect
Protect - People trust that the information they share with us will be safely managed and carefully protected
